Too Cold For Tennis

 Sometimes it's just too cold to play tennis....  It's suppose to be the end if April not February weather!

Administrative Assistant Luncheon

Today our school had a luncheon for all the office assistants.  It was really nice. We had box lunches and then all this "spa" stuff to do at our leisure.  They had really decorated the culinary arts center nicely and had soft music playing.  What was really nice was that we got to take and hour and a half for lunch!  

After I enjoyed my box lunch of Ham & Swiss Sandwich, I got a chair massage.  I told the instructor who did my massage about the kink in my neck and shoulders.  He worked on that for a bit.  It felt really good and I think he was able to get that knot relieved some. Then I went to the station where they were doing hand scrubs. They were using a seaweed based scrub and was very relaxing.  Then I went to the paraffin wax station.  That heat felt wonderful to my hands. Then I went to the manicure table.  I carried on since conversation with the young girl who did my manicure.  She did a good job.  The only thing I did not get to do was the hot stone chair massage.  I bet that heat would have felt wonderful to my back and neck...

Not a bad way to start a Monday.  Now I wonder what the rest of this week will bring???
